Category: PhotographyReleased: Oct 09, 2009 Price: Free Description: * "a must buy for any iPhone owning image sequence fan" - Dr Andrew Hudson-Smith, Digital Urban * "Neat! ... TimeLapse is fun." - Dave Caolo, TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) TimeLapse - Free demonstrates the functionality of TimeLapse with the restriction of allowing only 59 photos per session. TimeLapse automates the operation of the iPhone's camera to help create time lapse photo sequences. TimeLapse stores the photos in the iPhone photo library so you can easily download them to your computer and create a movie using applications such as Apple QuickTime Pro, Windows Movie Maker or ffmpeg TimeLapse is flexible enough to be used for time lapse photography, as a single shot delay timer and even as an ad-hoc surveillance camera (finally catch the person who keeps taking your lunch!) You can view TimeLapse user videos in the "TimeLapse Support" site linked below. Be sure to check the movies in the "TimeLapse Hall of Fame" topic! Configuration Parameters: - Period between photos (from 24 hours down to the limit of the iPhone's capabilities, about 10 seconds between photos) - Start time by timer or by date - End time by photo count, timer or date - Photo size (Large, Medium, Small) Tips: - When used as an ad-hoc surveillance camera, set the phone to silent mode and optionally set TimeLapse to use Dark Display to reduce the light given off by the display. - To avoid interruptions (i.e. phone calls), turn on Airplane mode in the iPhone's settings. This will ensure your iPhone will not move during the photo session. Website: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/M...312286984&mt=8 Support Website: http://www.xyster.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=18 |
